Environmental Responsibility
The Red Sea is the foundation of our work, and protecting it is a core operational principle. We reduce impact wherever possible — from energy use and materials to daily operations — and continuously look for better alternatives across our supply chain.
Accessibility
We believe access to the Red Sea should not be defined by physical ability. For new builds, this means integrating accessibility from the earliest stages of design. For existing operations, it means adapting systems, training teams, and making practical adjustments to preserve dignity, independence, and safety.
Inclusive Culture & Representation
We aim to create a more balanced environment within marine operations, with a focus on increasing opportunities and visibility for women — from onboard and technical roles to leadership. We also work to ensure every guest feels comfortable, respected, and at ease throughout their time with us.
